Alison has managed to turn being a nosey parker into a 20-year career in marketing, advertising and media.
She started her career becoming a classically trained marketer at Diageo before moving advertising agency side to develop award-winning global campaigns and ideas that have achieved significant business success for a variety of big global and small local clients. She led a diverse team of strategists as Head of Planning at JWT before moving media agency side to challenge the myth that advertising people don’t get digital and data. As a Chief Strategy Officer, she led Insight, Strategy and Creative teams.
After becoming weary of aeroplanes and big agency bubbles, Alison went to work in the not-for-profit sector with people who want to have a more positive impact on the world.
