David is a marketing strategist focused on delivering data driven campaigns that change behaviour. He is experienced in brand communications, digital, CRM, loyalty and ecommerce. David has most recently focused on ecommerce and consults on digital transformation projects, directing data, analytics and UX/CX strategy to drive engagement and conversion. His expertise also includes Amazon strategy, design thinking and programmatic media solutions.
He has been instrumental in providing digital and data solutions for Samsung Members loyalty programme and providing ecommerce strategy for Samsung.com.
Prior to this David has worked as a planning and strategy lead providing digital CRM consulting for Vodafone, helping to create Shell’s Go+ global mobile based loyalty scheme and Costa Coffee’s loyalty scheme.
